Kindly segregate your laundry into delicates, whites, darks, bed covers, woollen and special items to avoid the color leak or damages and better cleaning. We charge accordingly as per the rate plan. New clothes might have chances of color leak.

We do wet-cleaning of special items like Blankets, Quilts, Comforters, Soft Toys, Pillows, Large Jackets/Bed Cover etc. that are machine washable. Kindly don’t give us the laundry that are tagged as “Dry Cleaning Only”.

Express wash for light dirty laundry. Waiting customer at store will be given priorities. You can give us the laundry by weight or by count. Incase giving laundry by count then recount during the delivery.

No, we don’t provide Pick-Up & Delivery services however you can use third party apps like Dunzo Daily , Swiggy Genie and Porter etc. on your own responsibility. Before sending the laundry, please take the confirmation from us and share the tracking details to us on Whatsapp to avoid mishandling.

We are open from 9am to 6pm.  We are closed on every Thursdays. On local & national holidays, our working time may be half day(9am-1pm). Kindly check with stores.

We do accept the socks and undergarments without any extra charges.

Yes, we do work on weekends but not working on Thursday.

We can deny washing of Soiled, Creamy (Oiled), Vomited laundry however you can try our deep cleaning services.

We will notify you through message and while collecting your laundry, please check. In case, due to technical issues if you didn’t receive the notification, please call us by 5:45 on normal days and during half day 1pm to check the status.

We don’t provide these services. Kindly don’t give the laundry that are tagged as ” Dry Cleaning Only” or want to dry clean.

We take utmost care and suggest you to empty your pockets and segregate your laundry as no refund in case of wear or tear & loss of valuable items.

No, you don’t need to bring detergent and softener.

Please try to pick up your laundry same day or two as we are not responsible for your unattended laundry but if you inform us in advance we will not hand over to the NGO.

Charges would remain same upto 4 kgs as mentioned in service charges for express wash & Deep cleaning.

It would be good if you can bring your own re-usable bag however If required, we can also provide chargeable laundry bag. 

Kindly check your clothes before taking the delivery as we are not responsible for missing clothes once you are out of store.

Yes, we do. You can handover to us as we are associated with NGO.

No, as its not a self-operated laundromat.

We send notification on you mobile using SMS or Whatsapp, incase due to some reason you couldn,t receive the notification, please reach us 15min before store closing time.

Yes. You can go for deep cleaning where clothes are washed in longer cycle (upto 4 hours) & higher temperature (upto 95 degree) but no guarantee on stain removal.
